Tackling Coronavirus (COVID-19)
We’re doing everything we can to protect our staff, clients, suppliers and contacts. All of our team have been operating effectively from their homes since 18 March 2020, we’re closely monitoring Government and World Health Organisation guidelines and our business continuity plan has been updated to cover as many scenarios as possible.
In normal times we help fuel demand for our clients. Right now, we are working flat out to help slow reductions in demand for some and boost demand for others. We’re also busy strategising with clients to emerge stronger; sharing insights and information; signposting to other experts; offering a sympathetic ear; giving encouragement; commiserating; cheering up – whatever it takes to support each other.

Internal Actions Fuel Communications Will Take
Due to the current developments surrounding Coronavirus (COVID–19), we have updated our business continuity plan to cover as many scenarios as possible that may be faced as a nation in the coming weeks and months.
Fuel Communications would like to reassure our clients that we have measures in place in order to continue to provide the best possible levels of service and minimise any disruption, and we continue to monitor both Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) updates.
- Cancelling all non-essential visits
- Enabling all staff to work from home from 18 March 2020 onwards
- Confirmed arrangements with freelance support in our supply chain
- Asking all employees who show any possible symptoms of the illness to self–isolate for a minimum of 7/14 days
What do you need to do?
You do not need to do anything differently; our business continuity plan has been developed as such that Fuel Communications continues to provide the same level of service and works for a typical day and in the eventuality of a longer-term effect.
