It has been a real pleasure to work closely with the leadership on the development and delivery of a bold brand strategy for one of the UK’s top team of dental experts. We’ve taken them on a journey from their old PCH Dental brand to Smile Together – a name and identity which truly reflects their total commitment to happier, healthier communities.
After winning a pitch last summer, we’ve covered plenty of ground – introduction of umbrella brand structure; design and development of new web platforms; publishing their first social impact report; recruitment marketing strategy and we are currently retained to advise and deliver on much more.
Commenting on our work, Paul Critchley Managing Director at Smile Together, said: “Fuel have developed a great understanding of our structure and values and have used that knowledge to create a brand and positioning that we are extremely proud of. Their advice during a period of significant change was invaluable and we look forward to working with them in partnership on a number of strategic initiatives.”
Fuel’s Managing Director Martyn King, pictured above left with the Smile Together team at the Dental Awards 2017, explained: “Full credit to Smile Together for pursuing a very bold strategy which has enabled them to truly differentiate in a market not widely recognised for its boldness. In turn, our team has greatly expanded its knowledge of social enterprise and employee-owned models which are truly creative with inspirational stories. We’re looking forward to delivering plenty more top quality work for Smile Together in the future.”
Smile Together, which operates out of 14 centres across Cornwall & The Isles of Scilly, is now gaining some real recognition for the tremendous work they do in the local community. Their very own Heidi Wyatt won Dental Nurse of the Year at the Dental Awards 2017 and they picked up the Employer of the Year at the Cornwall Business Awards. We’re pretty sure there will more recognition on its way soon 😉
